ADDING PHOTOS. All products that are designed to include photos are provided with clipping masks. There may be some products that don't include clipping masks if the design does not include a photo.
To clip an image to a layer:
Place the image above the layer that is labeled “Clip image to this layer.”
In the layers palette, place the move tool in between the image layer and the “Clip image to this layer.”
Hold down Option (Alt on a PC), position the pointer over the line dividing two layers in the Layers panel (the pointer changes to two overlapping circles, but could be different depending on what version of Photoshop you have), and then click.
This will clip the image to the layer and you might have to use the transform tool to adjust the size of the image to fit how you would like it to be cropped.
FONTS + EDITING TEXT. Fonts are copyrighted by the artist that created them and therefore cannot be included with any purchased download. In most designs, free for commercial use fonts are used, but there may be designs that utilize paid fonts. All product downloads include a text file with the name of the fonts used in the designs and the web address where you can download them.
It is the responsibility of the user to install fonts. Fonts can be replaced with ones you have on your computer. The Alice Files cannot guarantee that the fonts will always be free.
All editable text is intended to be customizable for each client and the color can be changed. Non-editable text that is hand lettered or utilizes a paid font will be included as a color fill layer.
